When I Chose Myself
I am creator of LUMINA.
For years, I lived the formula many of us know well: an ambitious career, a packed schedule, three children — and a constant flow of giving that quietly became the default. Everything looked fine from the outside. Inside, there was less and less room for me.
The turning point wasn't dramatic. It was quiet — a clear, private decision to turn toward myself. I began exploring in depth: Spinal Energetics™, Akashic Records, energy therapy, biohacking. Each modality opened a new layer of understanding — of the body, of patterns, of energy. From that personal practice, a professional path grew. Today, it supports women and men in transition toward a deeper version of themselves.
I work as a facilitator, energy therapist, and guide through change. Because I've walked the path you're describing — I know what it feels like to carry too much, and to sense that you're meant for more. And I know which roads actually lead there.
