How does the session proceed?
You arrive dressed. You lie down. The body gradually enters a state in which it can regulate itself. You just observe and breathe.

Spinal Energetics is one of the few therapies that works just as effectively remotely. The session is conducted via video call — you are in the comfort of your home, and I work remotely with your energy field.
