There are already initiatives, as well as the implementation of a 4-day workday, which is more suitable for such a way of life. Like every matter, this also has two sides. This "movement" also brings with it a little stagnation in the field of careers, because if we do not invest our energy in work, we cannot expect any high-flying results. On the other hand, it means the flourishing of the wellness industry, as well as industries related to luxury products and services.

The period of fire brings to the surface the strength of a mature woman.

This means that more and more women will appear at the helm of important companies and institutions, leading large organizations. This can bring instability in their private relationships. Finally, the period of fire is a wonderful opportunity for collaboration , because one candle only lights a small part of the surroundings, while many candles start a forest fire. There will be many mergers, partnerships and collaborations that will bring much greater results than an individual could achieve. Independent business partnerships will begin to emerge, which will bring a comprehensive solution to the client who needs this service, using the special skills of each individual.

We are certainly in for a turbulent time, full of upheavals. It is up to us how we prepare for and respond to it. Sometimes, transformation requires turning to ashes to become a phoenix.
