Perceiving your inner voice

How to create more space for yourself and hear the voice of your intuition?

“How do I know which decision is the right one? How do I know what my physical body needs? How do I know which emotion is deceiving me and which is intuition? How do I know if I’m on the right path?”

These are questions we often get from our clients. It's only logical that you come to us for answers. But the Lumina 5D team would not be doing its mission well if it did not strive to teach and guide each individual to be able to answer these questions themselves. To get closer to their essence and create a space in their body and field through which they will be able to receive and translate the information they receive from their higher leadership.

The easiest answer to the “how” is “by first creating space for yourself .” If we are constantly in go-go-go mode, in fear, worry, bombarded with news and irrelevant information from all sides, how can we hear or feel our true voice telling us where to go and how to act for our highest good.

Below I have listed some ways that will help you occupy your space and breathe easier. At the center of the tornado is a point of stillness. That is where you will find your answers.

How to make more space for yourself?

  • COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS - If you communicate your needs with clarity and love, you will most likely receive respect in return.

Instead of: “Please leave me alone.” - say: “I need some space. I’ll get back to you as soon as…”

  • ALLOW YOURSELF TO REST - Everything in nature has its own rhythms, including you. So let go of the bad conscience if you sometimes do absolutely nothing. Allow yourself to rest, because this is also very important for your progress and further action. You are doing more than you think.

Repeat after me: “I’m letting go - I’m letting go - I’m letting go of the bad conscience. I’m doing more than it looks.”

  • Tidy up your home - Tidy up your outside space, as this will also help you feel relief inside. Clutter and dirt in the space where we spend most of our time encourages the retention of old energy that no longer serves us, thus creating clutter in our thoughts and emotions.

The best way to find out what we really need is to get rid of what we don't need. - Marie Kondo

  • USE YOUR SENSES - Stop and notice your space - reset your thoughts. This takes one minute of mindfulness and when you learn to do it regularly, it will pay off in returned time and energy.

Exercise: Notice 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste.

This will bring your attention back to yourself, but at the same time remain part of the whole. The boundaries of your physical body are not the boundaries of your true essence. Stop and notice your space.

  • CALL YOURSELF BACK - Call yourself by your first and last name 3 times. This great technique was introduced to me by my friend Lucija and I promise it helps. ;)

Exercise : Call yourself by your first and last name three times. Observe how the fragments of your energy return to you and come together into a whole. I recommend doing this before going to bed.

  • TAKE YOUR TIME - Allow yourself to 'not understand'. It's okay to put a problem or a thought that's bothering you aside to make some space in your mind. Remember the lessons from before and trust that the solution will come at the right moment.

Use the phrase: “I don’t have an answer for you right now, but I’ll get back to you as soon as I get one.”

By using these steps, I believe you will find it easier to take the "bull by the horns" and go about your daily life with clarity, peace, confidence, and self-belief.
