What brings a smile to your face and peace to your soul?
For me, it means how I manage my inner well-being , not so much what's on the outside.

Years ago, I had a very difficult time at my current job, and I told myself that I had to do something because it really wasn't going to work anymore. And I started taking care of my inner well-being. Gradually, a change also followed outside of me. Now I'm focusing on another area of work.
I wonder if I will really be happy if I start doing something completely different right now? And I realize that it's not about the outside at all, it's about how I am on the inside - do I feel good and do I understand myself. That's why it's important to me that I am really OK Now , which means that I understand my feelings and, if necessary, transform and turn them around - faster and faster. Which doesn't mean that I don't take external steps. I am active in the desired direction, and much more easily and effectively than I would be if I hadn't first taken care of (and still take care of) my internal processes, my emotions.
This was brought about - unfortunately - by a rather unpleasant ordeal that brought me to my knees. Usually, it is these, let's say "little deaths", that pour us pure wine and force us to decide how to proceed.
Among other things, I very often had the feeling that everyone was against me, that the whole world was against me. And I finally said to myself that this couldn't be it. I realized that I was used to suffering. It was familiar, it was a habit. I had to get out of it. "I have to do something." And I took responsibility for myself . And I started researching; I started and, above all, I continued. And I picked myself up.
No one can force you to move, no one can make the move for you .
The process is to do something. If the decision is quick, if the move is made outwardly, it is still an internal process, a work with emotions. When YOU make a decision with your whole being, that is it.
In the beginning, you need to explore, for example, what is holding you back from making a decision. Why don't you decide to do something? Explore your feelings. Awareness of yourself, all aspects, recognition, acceptance, taking responsibility, accepting that this is yours, that the feelings are yours, regardless of where you picked them up. It helps me to see where they come from. Once you accept that it is yours, then you can change . You accept that it practically never ends, because once you understand something, you can still understand it more deeply. It is a process.
The good thing is that it always gets easier. It becomes playful .
Of course you look for people who help you, you look for information. In the end, you have to be able to control yourself. That's the goal. Of course, we all need someone to give us a hand, support, give us some new information... but in the end, you are alone, there are moments when you are alone and then you have to be able to take care of yourself. It doesn't mean that you isolate yourself from everything, it means that you know how to be alone with yourself. And you start to act. That's the purpose - a healthy expression of the power that is within us.
